The Downtown Assistance Program supports entrepreneurship, economic growth, and resiliency for small businesses located in the downtown area of San Juan.

The Downtown Assistance grant program will assist existing small businesses in San Juan with operation sustainability, facility improvements, facade repairs, window replacement, and other eligible projects.
